The son of an artist, I have been drawing and painting most of my life.  I studied art and completed a degree in Graphic Design at the University of Illinois.  

 

After graduation, I became a pilot in the U.S. Air Force flying KC-135's and completed a tour in Viet Nam flying Rescue Helicopters. I then began a 35 year business career in Aviation Insurance and Reinsurance. When I retired in 2008, I returned to my easel full time and have been painting ever since.

 

I live on the Jersey Shore in Island Heights, NJ with my beloved wife, best friend, and fiercest art critic, Diane.
